I started my journey in Slovenia, studying Industrial Engineering, believing that we would always need to build. What I didn’t know back then was how much I would love building solutions, businesses, and ecosystems that shape the world.

Growing up, basketball was a defining part of my life - competing at a national and international level taught me discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking. These skills shaped the way I approach business today: knowing how to read the game, stay focused under pressure, and build the right team.

Over the years, I worked on large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects, leading and managing multi-million-euro developments - but I realized that the biggest impact isn’t in the structures we build, but in the leaders who create them.

For more than six years, I have been actively shaping the Startup-Tech ecosystem, particularly in PropTech & ConTech. I have seen how transformative technologies emerge and how crucial it is to bridge technical innovation with execution.

I strongly believe that we have the knowledge to build a better world - we just need to share it and implement it effectively.
